This last Saturday, we took our bikes to Santa Cruz, got on the train with another 300 people and went up the hill to Felton. Then all of the bikers took off down Highway 9 back to Santa Cruz. The Highway Patrol stopped all of the traffic behind us so we could have 8 miles of car free fun. The first couple of miles were up hill but the next six were a blast going downhill. Things were going great until Claudia hit a pothole and flattened her tire. Four members of the local cycling club assisting the run, stopped and helped us fix the flat. They then escorted us down the hill, helped us find Ashley and David who had gone ahead with the group and then took us back to our car. It was a great ride!

After that we went to the boardwalk for a couple of hours. On the way home, as we stopped at Casa de Fruta, David decided to purchase some sour cream and onion crickets and some cheddar cheese larva. Ask him how they tasted.

Jonathan,

You have got to change your blog name to "The Bogg Blog". It's perfect!

Take care.
